Kerry has been in the building industry for over 30 years as a General contractor and his main focus are high end custom homes in Coastal North County San Diego . He has lived overseas in NSW Australia and acquired his building license in 2003. While living in the Central Coast he received inspiration from the architecture that can be achieved on hillsides . Visiting over 20 countries helped bring fresh and new ideas to development of his personal homes and for clients . Kerry held a builders license in California USA , NSW Australia and Owner Builder in Oregon, USA. In his free time you will find Kerry golfing, surfing and enjoying local craft coffee.
